About the Life, Marriage and Family Office
The Life, Marriage and Family Office serves the Archdiocese of Melbourne by promoting a culture of life and love and presenting the truth, beauty and goodness of Catholic marriage and family.
The work of the Office is overseen by a Council whose members are appointed by the Archbishop.
We hope that you will find the information, events, seminars and online resources, provided by our Office helpful in deepening your knowledge of the Church’s teaching on life, marriage and family matters. Through this, we hope that the care and respect shown for the inherent dignity of every person will bear witness to the love of God in whose image we are made.
